A washed Bourbon Aji from Las Brisas, Colombia, dried slowly on raised beds for 20 days and roasted to highlight clarity, sweetness, and structure.
This drip bag release is about precision without complexity. A carefully processed coffee, brewed simply, anywhere.
In the cup, it shows the expressive personality the variety is known for: high-toned yet silky, with a clear balance between florality, fruit, and honeyed sweetness. It’s a coffee shaped by careful processing and deliberate restraint. Nothing added, nothing pushed.
We chose this coffee specifically for the drip bag format because it holds its structure even in a simple brew, allowing nuance to come through without equipment or adjustment.

Just hot water and a cup.
1. Open
Tear open the sachet and remove the drip bag.
2. Set
Pull out the paper arms and secure the drip bag on a tall cup so the filter sits centered and stable.
3. Open
Slowly pour hot water to the top edge of the filter (≈ 90 ml).
Wait 40 seconds, then pour again to the top (another ≈ 90 ml).
4. Enjoy
When the water has fully drawn through the coffee (around 2:30 total), remove and discard the drip bag.
